With the use of our six 5 axis CNC saws we are now able to process larger volumes of finished masonry. The saws, which work fully automatically are a great asset to the production line and allow us to run 24 hours 7 days a week, giving us accuracy to a zero tolerance finish. Thus enabling onsite masons to install our finished products quicker and more efficiently with the knowledge and confidence that all our stones are accurately finished. Alphacam allows us to input STL and DWG files straight from the architectural drawings into the machines to avoid misinterpretation of the finished design.
